WARRANTY
All articles are warranted. The warranty duration is from 12 months up
to the lifetime, depending on the article.

RETURNS
We make efforts in order to keep our customers fully satisfied with
purchased goods, however in case any of them do not come up to your
expectations, please return them at 10 days notice and we are going to
replace them with the new ones or pay your money back within 14 working
days.
The article should have the original package and must not bear any
marks of utilization.

DELIVERY TIME
Immediately after obtaining the order we send the information
confirming the price of the ordered goods, delivery costs and details
concerning Credit Card payment.
The articles are sent as soon as the payment is completed.

Delivery charge depends on the country of destination of the ordered
articles.
Shipping costs by International Parcel Post - Priority - 30zl about 6,98
EUR for all orders at value less 100EUR.
Our shop www.bogdangawlik.pl offers free-of-charge
shipment all over Europe for orders exceeding EUR 100 of the weight of
0-1 kg and below 60cm of length.
For large-size orders or orders exceeding the weight of 1 kg and 60cm of length, the costs
of transport shall be charged based on the rates binding for the
particular countries.
When collecting the parcel, please, check carefully whether:
The packaging has not been damaged;
The brand tapes have not been interfered with;
The tapes other than brand tapes have been put on the
packaging.
Should you suspect that the parcel and the goods inside have been
damaged: DO NOT COLLECT THE PARCEL!
Please, find out whether it is possible to check the contents of the
parcel in the presence of a post officer or at the post office
delivering the parcel. Should the goods be found damaged or missing, please, file
immediately a complaint with the post office and inform our company.
Expected delivery time by International Parcel Post-Priority in the European Union is about 7-10 days.
